My name is Maarten Struys. I live in The Netherlands where I work for Microsoft as Ecosystem IoT Solution Architect. I love to speak about Microsoft related technologies at large international conferences like Tech•Ed, MEDC and DevConnections. I also like to evangelize Windows IoT Operating Systems and Azure IoT development. Before joining Microsoft in 2012, I created a large number of Windows Mobile How-Do-I videos for MSDN and I also created the Windows Mobile Ramp-Up learning track.

Between April 2010 and August 2012, I was a Microsoft MVP, specializing in Windows Phone Development. Prior to this, I was a Microsoft Embedded MVP and Device Application Development MVP for 8 years.
